The Role
We’re hiring a Product Delivery & Client Success to join our New York-based team. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, delivery, and client success—owning implementation from end to end and ensuring our AI solutions drive real business outcomes for some of the world’s most influential organizations
This is a high-ownership, high-exposure role—fully in-person—where you’ll work side-by-side with clients, engineers, and leadership from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day delivery and implementation efforts for enterprise clients
- Translate nuanced client needs into clear, structured product and engineering requirements
- Own timelines, unblock issues, and keep initiatives moving forward
- Serve as a key connector between stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations
- Surface feedback that sharpens our roadmap and accelerates product-market fit
- Build deep relationships with clients and ensure we deliver measurable, repeatable value
- Act as a trusted partner—understanding customer workflows, goals, and what success looks like
What We’re Looking For
- Undergraduate degree
- 0–2 years of experience in product, consulting, delivery, finance, or ops
- Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate technical and business contexts
- High EQ and a track record of building trust with diverse stakeholders
- Operational rigor and attention to detail—you don’t drop the ball
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in high-velocity environments
- Power user of AI tools like ChatGPT and a curiosity for emerging tech
- Bias toward ownership, execution, and continuous improvement
- Comfortable taking equity over cash—you’re in it to build something meaningful
