The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Sales & Business Development Associate to help scale Louisa AI’s go-to-market engine. You’ll work directly with the Founder and global sales leaders to generate pipeline, shape outreach strategy, and build relationships that drive revenue.
You’ll learn how enterprise deals are really won—not through cold emails, but through warm paths and precision timing.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and qualify prospects in target sectors
- Build outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and events
- Coordinate sales meetings and support partner-led closings
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track deal velocity
- Contribute to vertical-specific outreach strategies

- Clear communicator with strong writing and research instincts
- Comfortable reaching out to senior decision-makers
- Curious about enterprise sales, SaaS, and go-to-market strategy
- Self-driven, organized, and eager to grow in a high-trust environment
