Origin story
Louisa AI was born out of a moment of serendipity that sparked a revolutionary idea. Our founder, Rohan Doctor, spent 17 years as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he led the Bank Solutions business. In 2017, Rohan achieved a record-breaking transaction that left everyone wondering, “How did you do it?“
The answer was serendipity: a chance meeting at a water cooler in London led to a groundbreaking cross-border funding deal that no one thought possible. This success story prompted another question: “How can you do it again?”
Rohan’s response was visionary: “What if we could systematize serendipity with data?”
And with that, Louisa AI was born—a company dedicated to harnessing the power of data to create opportunities that seem almost magical.
