The Opportunity
We’re offering a dynamic, part-time two-week internship tailored for high-potential women from St. Xavier’s College (Mumbai) and surrounding institutions. This role is designed to fit your academic schedule while offering real exposure to startup execution, AI-powered GTM, and relationship-first enterprise sales.
We are now evolving our platform into modular mini-apps, each designed to deliver targeted value at an SMB price point. This role will help shape the next stage of Louisa’s growth story.

What You’ll Do
Work directly with our Founder’s Office on live GTM and sales-marketing initiatives, including:
- Own marketing execution for Louisa’s new mini-apps, including campaigns, content, and outreach.
- Drive website design and updates to showcase each app clearly and persuasively.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic positioning—defining messaging, use cases, and differentiation in the market.
- Follow sales and marketing playbooks from one of the world‘s best tech coaches Dan Martel.
- Write and edit content for web, social, email, and outbound campaigns
- Comfort with website platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) and basic design tools.
- Develop messaging for new use cases and industry verticals
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results
- Partner with sales and product to align on narrative and campaign timing
- Contribute to founder-led brand strategy and event marketing
- Identify and qualify prospects in high-potential sectors
- Build outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and events
- Coordinate sales meetings and support founder- or partner-led closings
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track deal stages and velocity
- Research best-in-class BizDev and AI sales tools to create scalable outreach systems
Your exact work will vary week to week based on team priorities—expect variety, ownership, and a steep learning curve.
Who You Are
- A student or recent graduate (preferably from Sophia Women’s College, St. Xavier’s, HK, Jai Hind, or similar tier colleges)
- Highly articulate, well spoken, self-motivated, and organized
- Comfortable speaking to senior professionals or founders
- Interested in AI, business strategy, marketing, or GTM
- Strong writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail
- Available to work in-person in Mumbai (afternoons, 4 hrs/day)
